GCP Membership Terms and Conditions:
A. General Information About IMP Membership
1. The IMP membership is made for B2B buyers who purchase regularly and are committed to building a long-term partnership with GCP.
2. IMP members enjoy member points, exclusive prices, and special privileges.
3. IMP is different from CMP. IMPs are granted enhanced benefits and recognition within the Gain City Parts ecosystem.
4. Gain City Parts reserves the right to review IMP status annually, based on purchased activity and compliance.
5. Once approved, all IMP members will be automatically assigned a GC2U account with IMP-level access. We will notify you via SMS once your account is ready.
6. This account allows members to log in to the GC2U CoolConnect app to enjoy full digital features such as:
· Online ordering
· Points tracking & redemption
· Exclusive IMP prices
· Access to GC2U Wallet feature

7. GC2U Wallet is a secure digital platform inside the GC2U CoolConnect app where members can store credit redeemed using their member points.
How It Works:
1. Convert your collected IMP points into GC2U Wallet credit.
2. Use wallet credit to offset future online purchases.
8. IMP members can convert their accumulated points into GC2U Wallet credit for online purchases and redemptions.

Eligibility Criteria to Become an IMP Member
To qualify as a Gain City Parts IMP member, applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Business Verification Documents (compulsory):
- Valid SSM certificate (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia).
- Photocopy of Director’s IC (both sides)
2. Must be involved in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical services, either a subcontractor, technician, installer, or business entity supplying or servicing air conditioners, refrigerators, or related products.
3. Registration can be done through the Gain City Parts official website or at any Gain City Parts branch.
4. Applicants must read and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed below.
5. Applications will be reviewed and verified by the Gain City Parts internal team.
6. GCP reserves the right to approve or reject applications without prior notice.
