Terms & Conditions

1. Membership is valid if the member actively engages with Gain City Parts through purchases or other programs.

2. Dormant accounts for over 12 months may be deactivated.

3. Gain City Parts has zero tolerance for fraudulent documents or dishonest redemption behaviour. Membership will be revoked immediately if abuse is detected.

4. If there are any updates to your business status, contact details, or director information, just let us know so we can keep your records up to date.

5. Member points will begin to accumulate from the date the member is officially registered as an IMP member in our system.

6. Past purchases before registration date will not be backdated or counted for points.

7. Gain City Parts reserves the right to review and adjust any member point records that are found to be inaccurate, duplicated, or caused by system errors or bugs.

8. IMP Points are valid for 18 months, starting from the 1st of Jan every year and will expire on 30th June of the following year. Make sure to redeem your points before the deadline, as expired points cannot be reinstated.

9. GCP reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership if:

- The business closes or becomes inactive.

- The member fails to comply with the T&Cs.

- The member engages in behaviour that affects GCP’s reputation.

10. Redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. GCP reserves the right to modify the redemption items and points without prior notice.

11. GCP reserves the right to modify the IMP membership benefits, point structure, redemption process, or terms & conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

12. All submitted documents and member data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA and will be used solely for internal verification and membership purposes.
